Looking to start out 2020 with an incredible fitness journey?  At Olive Branch CrossFit, we have a Fundamentals program that will prepare you to reach all of your fitness goals, and develop new goals to chase after!  If you have been thinking about joining a CrossFit gym, but just aren't quite sure whether you are ready to take the plunge then this course is for you. The primary goal in these classes is to introduce you to some brand new skills and movements. Beginning January 6th, 2020, the classes will be on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7PM. Classes are about an hour and a half with an athlete to coach ratio of no more than 5 to 1. After completing these classes, you’ll be ready to enter our group CrossFit classes.  With top level coaching and community support that is like none you’ve ever experienced, how could you go wrong?
