  • A1: Front Squat 1RM
  • B1: EMOM 10 Minutes 2-4 Pistols

Conditioning

AMRAP 15 Minutes

  • 10 Push Press (95/65)
  • 15 “American” KB Swings (2 Pood/ 1.5 Pood)
  • 10 Jumping Lunges
