CrossFit WoD 03.17.2014

Another great week is in the books!  I’m so proud of everyone competing in the CrossFit Games Open!  The last 3 weeks has really been a shining example of why John and I are here doing what we are doing.  Helping people do things that they have never done before.  It really is an amazing thing to watch, and I’m sure all of you out there that have been in the gym participating or cheering everyone on are seeing the same thing.  Keep up the great work, and we look forward to another awesome week of training.  Here are a couple of pics from the weekend:

Also, big shout out to April Williams for completing her very first Half Marathon this weekend after doing 14.3 the day before!  She’s killing it.  Here’s Monday’s plan, and the rest of this week is going to be just as awesome!!

Strength/Skill

  • Back Squat 4RM; 5 x 4 @ 90%
  • 6 Sets 30:30 (Work:Rest) Double Unders

Conditioning

21-18-15-9

  • Burpees
  • Goblet Squats
