A2: SA Press x 8-10 per @ 21X1 – Rest 45 seconds
A3: Side Bridge x 30 seconds per – Rest 45 seconds
In teams of 2, partners will alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 KBS (70/44)
10 HR Push Ups
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
-Swings may be Russian
