Thanks to everyone that came out to the Grand Opening this weekend!  It was a HUGE success and we’re extremely excited to have held such an awesome event.

Strength/Skill

  • A1 – Back Squat 5RM; 4×5 @ 90%
  • A2 – 20 Double Unders

Conditioning

3 Rounds

  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 400M Run
