Hope everyone had a great weekend!  Big shout out to Wilson for running 8.4 miles on Sunday.  His longest run yet!

Strength/Skill

  • A1:  Overhead Squats x 5
  • A2:  Weighted Pushups x 10
  • A3:  Side Bridge Hold 30 Seconds/Side

Conditioning

“Smash”

5 Rounds

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 5 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 10 Over the Bar Burpees
