CrossFit WoD – 10.24.2013

Hey, team!  I’ve been super excited about our classes lately.  Everybody is really working hard and having a good time!  Although it appears that you are all enjoying your training, please let us know regularly how things are going for you and if you’re having any problems.  We want to help you achieve your goals, and if there is anything we can do for you please let us know!


  • A1 – Front Squat 3RM; 5×3 @ 90%
  • B1 – EMOM 10 Minutes Max Double Unders in 30 Seconds



12 Minute AMRAP

  • 5 Handstand Pushups
  • 8 Pull Ups

I think I’ve shared this Double Under video with you before, but if not here it is again…faster 🙂
