We had a great time at the Halloween party this weekend.  Thanks to everyone that came out and made awesome dishes for all of us to enjoy!  Here’s Paul showing his apple bobbing skills.  Pretty sweet…

  • A1 Back Squat – 3RM; 5×3 @  90%
  • B1 EMOM 10 Minutes – 4 Pistols

Conditioning

14 Minute AMRAP

  • 1 Length Overhead Lunge (45/25)
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Push ups
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • 1 Length OH Lunge
