  • EMOM 10 Minutes – 30 Seconds Max Double Unders

Conditioning

  • Wall Ball Shots (20/16 @ 10′)
  • Sit Ups w/ Wall Ball

(Every 2 Minutes – Stop and do 5 Burpees)
