A. Snatch Complex – 1 Pausing Deadlift + 1 High Hang |
Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance |
**Deadlift is snatch grip and pausing 2 sec just below |
knees and then pause again 2 sec mid thigh. From there |
go into high hang squat snatch followed by a Snatch |
Balance. Take 10min to build to a mod load..dont exceed |
50% of 1RM. |
B. 10min B2H Double Squat Snatch |
**you may drop the bar from the top but must reset |
and go with in 10 seconds. |
