Strength/Skill

A. Snatch Complex – 1 Pausing Deadlift + 1 High Hang
Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance
**Deadlift is snatch grip and pausing 2 sec just below
knees and then pause again 2 sec mid thigh. From there
go into high hang squat snatch followed by a Snatch
Balance. Take 10min to build to a mod load..dont exceed
50% of 1RM.
B. 10min B2H Double Squat Snatch
**you may drop the bar from the top but must reset
and go with in 10 seconds.

Hand Release Push Ups
