“All Star Open WoD 15.4”

20 Minute AMRAP

  • 60 Wall Balls Rx 20/14  Scaled: 16/12
  • 50 Push Ups Rx Standard Push Up Scaled: Knees on ground
  • 40 Hang Power Cleans Rx 95/65 Scaled: 45/35
  • 30 Box Jump Overs Rx 24/20 Scaled: Steps Up and Over 24/20
  • 20 Overhead Squats Rx 95/65 Scaled: 45/35
  • 10 Muscle Ups Scaled: Pull Ups

Make sure to note the time on the clock when you finish the Overhead Squats.  That will be a tie breaker if you can’t get MU’s or Pull Ups.  Score will be total number of reps!  Have a great week.
