  • A1:  Overhead Press Build to a 1RM
  • B1:  Pendlay Row 5 x 5


“Needle Nose”

For Time:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • Rest 1 Minute
  • 20 Burpees
  • Rest 2:00
  • 50 Sit Ups
  • Rest 3:00
  • 40 Ground to Overhead (95#/65#)
