Reverse Grip Hang from Pull Up Bar – accumulate 1 min
Wrist Flexion x 1 min – Do both wrists at the same time (
DU Practice x 2 min
2 rounds of:
Knee to Elbow Push Up x 10 (
Lunge w/ Twist x 10/side (
Ring Rows w/ 2 sec negative x 10
Pull Ups
30 Double Undies after each round
A. Front Squats 3×10
