Strength/Skill

  • A:  Snatch:  Build to a Heavy Single
  • B:  4 Minute AMRAP – Sit Ups

Conditioning

  • 50 FS (95/65#)
  • Every Break = 1 Burpee CTB (Chest to Bar) – Scale to Burpee Pull Up or Burpee Jumping Pull Up
