* Focus on keeping the bar close.
Down & Finish x 3 reps
Elbows High & Outside x 3 reps
Muscle Clean x 3 reps
Front Squat x 3
3 Rounds for Time
15 Power Cleans 135/95
10 TTB
5 Bar Facing Burpees
A. W2H Clean Complex of:
3 Position Clean
Just Below Knee
***do not drop the bar
B. Seated Strict Press Unsupported
***use 20″ box for seat
3 sets of 5 Reps….rest as needed
