Don’t forget about the CrossFit Games Open workout this Saturday.  The announcement will be this Thursday night at  7pm, and we will be at the gym for a “watch party.”

  • B. Snatch build to a tough single in 12mins

Conditioning

For Time:

  • Run 800m
  • 20 Double Unders
  • Run 400m
  • 40 Double Unders
  • Run 200m
  • 80 Double Unders
