7sets of 2 reps w/:20 pause at the bottom

***elbow up at bottom not resting on knees

5 10m Shuttle Runs

(The 10m is about 8 stall mats in length or 32′) set the cones up…both hands touch the ground before returning to the other end.  So they sprint back and forth for 5 reps and hands touch the ground at the cone.
