Strength/Skill

A. Squat Therapy 3sets x 3 reps w/ 10 second hold at bottom

B. Front Squat 5sets x 7 reps Across (Rest as needed or 1 to 2min between

Sets)

***across-use same weight for all sets

***All athletes should start this squatting cycle at 60% of 1RM’s (Front and

Back)

400M Run

40 Squats

30 Sit Ups

20 Push Ups

10 Pull Ups

400M Run
