With Running Clock..

Every min perform 1 lift and add

10/5 lbs to the bar…Start w/empty

barbell and snatch FALAP..once

you cant snatch the bar then Clean

the bar FALAP…once you cant clean

the bar then Deadlift the bar FALAP.

Post heaviest loads for each

movement.
