For Time: Unbroken Reps of
25-20-15-10-5 Wall Balls 20/14 10′ Target
25 Unbroken Double Unders after each round of
Wall Balls
Wall ball rounds must be unbroken before starting
the double unders. Each round of Double Unders
must be completed unbroken before starting the
next round of wall balls.
