Testing Week! WoD 12.30.2013
We had an awesome Christmas week at Olive Branch CrossFit!! We had some pretty cool visitors:
Also, congrats to Kelly S. for running her first complete mile! She ran 4 400m runs at the track on Sunday so she got to scratch that off the board!
This is the last week of 2013! Things are really starting to pick up at the gym and we’re looking forward to everything that 2014 is going to bring our way! I see lots of PR’s in the future! We are beginning the last week of this 4 week cycle, so that means this is testing week! We’re going to be doing a lot of 1RM’s so make sure you get to the gym as much as possible this week. Our schedule looks like this:
- Monday – Regular Hours
- Tuesday – Morning Classes Only
- Wednesday – Closed
- Thursday – Regular Hours
- Friday – Regular Hours
