  • BB Ankle Mobility 20-30 sec ea
  • Lat Stretch 20 sec
  • Shoulder Stretch from Above 10 sec
  • Snatch Progression as group

Strength/Skill

  • A. snatch start at 60% of 1rm add 10# every 60sec until max
  • B. Weighted pull-up @2011 3-5 x 4

 

Conditioning

“All Star Open 15.1”

12 Minute AMRAP

  • Power Snatch
  • Lateral Bar Burpees

RX Weight = 75#/55#, Scaled Weight = 55#/35#

Rep Scheme = 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, etc.
