User Comments: I will be in the states from Nov 17 throug Jan 9. I live and work in Africa as a missionary. I am looking to learn crossfit to incorperate it into my daily routine of workouts in Africa. I currently use kettle bells, fittness bags, running, skipping rope and running with some animal/flow types of regimes. Would like someone to help me DO crossfit at your facility with an eye on developing a plan to travel back to Africa with. Can you help?
