There is a lot of cool stuff going on at Olive Branch CrossFit.  We’d like to fill you in on everything we’ve got going on.

The CrossFit Games Open will be here in just a couple of weeks.  We’ll be running the workouts on Saturdays during the weeks of the Open.  There will be judges there to officially score your workouts.  The first WoD announcement will be on Thursday, February 26th.  We will create Facebook events for each Saturday WoD so be watching for those.  If you aren’t on Facebook, check your email.  We’ll also email out a schedule.  If you are not able to do the workouts on the scheduled Saturday, we may have spots on Friday mornings from 7-8:30 to get them done.  If you need more information on this, just email von@OliveBranchCrossFit.com.  If you aren’t registered yet for the Open, go here and register———>https://games.crossfit.com/cf/login?returnTo=%2Fcompetition&flow=games

With the CrossFit Games Open coming up, we came up with an awesome way to get everyone ready and fired up for it.  We’ll be holding our own little internal competition between members for the 2 weeks leading up to the Open.  Over these next two weeks we are going to have our own “OBCF All-Star Open.” Here’s how it’s gonna work. The WoD’s on M, W, and F for the next two weeks will be the WoD’s for the competition. At the end of the 2 weeks we’re gonna give prizes to the RX Male and Female winners and the Scaled Male and Female winners. Hashtag for social media will be ‪#‎teamobcf‬ and I wanna see tons of fun and awesome pics!
