Strength
- Power Clean 5 x 3
We’d like you to work up to a 3RM on the power clean and then do 5 sets of 3 at 90% of that 3RM. However, if you’re new to this movement we will teach it to you and you can do the 5 sets at a good weight for you.
Conditioning
5 Rounds
- 200M Run
- 15 Box Jumps (24/18)
- 20 Wall Ball Shots (20/16)
