  • 4 Rounds – Sit Ups
  • 4 Rounds – Weighted Step Ups (53#/35#)
  • 4 Rounds – V-Ups
  • 4 Rounds – Weighted Stup Ups (53#/35#)
  • 4 Rounds – Push Ups
