Strength/Skill

  • 5 x Max Pull Ups
  • Double Under Practice

Conditioning

“Tabata Tuesday”

  • 8 Rounds KB Swings (53/35)
  • 8 Rounds Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
  • 8 Rounds Double/Single Unders
  • 8 Rounds Row

Double Unders get you 1 rep, 2 Single unders get you 1 Rep.  Score is total reps throughout the whole workout.  Here’s an awesome video on how to do Double unders.
